Summa College

I drew this sweet girl during my studies at Summa College. The Summa College found the hallways too bare. I was asked to create a drawing for the hallway related to my program (GMP4). This drawing hung in the school's hallway throughout my studies.

Emotions

A school assignment in which we had to express our emotions and development in our own designs. This assignment took place during the coronavirus pandemic.

Van Abbe Museum

A commission from Tante Netty in collaboration with the Van Abbe Museum. This drawing is (or was) available on postcards at the Van Abbe Museum. On the back of the card is a QR code to a YouTube video about the drawing process, along with a self-written poem on which the drawing is based.

In this modern world of social media, everyone wears a mask. It's hard to truly get to know someone.

Freedom

With everything going on in the world, it's important to appreciate the things you do have. In the Netherlands, we're fortunate enough to have freedom, but that's not the case everywhere.

Sample

Sometimes you're not feeling well. Everything can feel heavy. You start asking questions and no longer recognize yourself. Where you see a monster, others see the light you radiate. Give it time, and you'll learn to see it yourself.
